When a person comes to live in Saffron, they leave behind the name that got them there, and they take on a name that brought them to Saffron. The name ties them to the land, unifies them with the people, and reminds them of the true purpose behind it all: Life.

In addition, the name must also be a food pun, no exceptions.

The people of Saffron and Vastfield have also organized Clubs. These Clubs are useful for division of duty across the land, as well as picking teams on game night.
